After more than 30 years in mortgage banking, I retired from Rocket Mortgage in 2026 and decided it was time to build something of my own.

For the last few years of my career, I became increasingly interested in AI, marketing, and automation—especially how small businesses could use these tools to compete, grow, and operate more efficiently.

While still working full time, I spent nearly two years learning, testing, and building marketing systems with local businesses. Along the way, I kept seeing the same problem:

Most businesses didn't necessarily need more leads. They needed a better system for handling the opportunities they were already getting.

Calls were being missed. Leads weren't always followed up with. Past customers weren't being contacted. And potential revenue was quietly slipping through the cracks.

Today, we help small businesses use AI and automation to answer calls, respond to leads faster, automate follow-up, reconnect with past customers, book more appointments, and ultimately generate more revenue.

And we make it simple.

Our systems are designed to work alongside the tools a business already uses, without requiring the owner to learn complicated technology, replace their existing software, or build everything from scratch.

After spending more than 30 years in business, I know technology only matters if it produces a real result.
